Key Responsibilities
Oversee the financial governance of capital investment projects including budgeting forecasting accounting cash flow planning and reporting
Develop and manage project cash flow forecasts using inputs from project teams contract terms and approved investment plans
Track and report actual project investment against budget ensuring data accuracy visibility and timely financial insights
Ensure compliance with APM Terminals finance policies CFO guidelines concession agreements and shareholder reporting requirements
Review capitalization of fixed assets accruals supplier invoices and payment schedules in collaboration with Accounting and Asset Delivery teams
Support change management by evaluating financial impact of scope or budget changes and preparing business cases and scenario analyses
Contribute to risk management activities by supporting identification quantification and tracking of project-related financial risks
What We Are Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting preferably supporting project implementation or capital investment environments
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards with demonstrated experience in capitalization and project accounting
Proven ability to analyze complex financial data identify deviations and provide clear fact-based recommendations
Effective communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams and can engage confidently with senior stakeholders
High attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and confidentiality
