To support our growth we are seeking an HR & Talent Manager to leadinternal people operations while helping expand HR advisory services for ourclients.

Position Overview

The HR &Talent Manager plays a critical role in building and sustaining ahigh-performing team at Prestige.

This role oversees internal HR operations manages recruiting and talentacquisition and serves as a trusted resource for employee guidance andworkplace matters. The HR & Talent Manager will also help support clientswho subscribe to Prestiges HR advisory services by providing onboardingtraining best-practice guidance and compliance insights.

This individual will help ensure that Prestige continues to attract hire andretain professionals who embody our culture of teamwork high performanceprofessionalism and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition &Recruiting

Managethe full recruitment lifecycle for Prestige team members.

Reviewresumes and identify strong candidates aligned with company needs.

Conductinitial candidate screenings interviews and assessments.

Coordinatesecond and third-round interviews with leadership.

Managecandidate communications throughout the hiring process.

Develophiring strategies to attract high-performing professionals.

Maintaina strong candidate pipeline for future roles.

Employee Experience & HRSupport

Serveas a resource for employee questions concerns and workplace guidance.

Helpnavigate employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.

Providesound guidance to leadership regarding people dynamics and team culture.

Leadonboarding of new employees to ensure smooth integration.

Assistwith HR policies documentation and compliance processes.

Maintainorganized HR records and documentation.

Culture & OrganizationalDevelopment

Helpreinforce Prestiges values and culture of teamwork accountability highperformance professionalism and collaboration.

Provideinsight into team dynamics and opportunities for organizational improvement.

Supportleadership in fostering a positive and productive remote workplace environment.

Assistwith internal initiatives related to team engagement and culture.

Client HR Advisory Support

ProvideHR best-practice guidance to client schools who subscribe to Prestiges HRservices.

Adviseclients on HR policies employee handbook considerations and compliancetopics.

Helpclients understand HR software tools offered through Prestige partners.

Provideguidance related to employment law basics HR documentation and workplacepractices.

Note: Thisrole does not perform HR tasks for clients but serves as an advisory resource.

Continuous Improvement

Identifyopportunities to improve HR processes and recruiting practices.

SupportPrestiges long-term growth strategy by building scalable talent systems.

Staycurrent on HR trends employment law updates and best practices.

Qualifications

SHRM-CPor SHRM-SCP certification and the ability to articulate best practicestechnical knowledge and industry standards.

57years of professional HR recruiting and talent acquisition experience with adocumented record of success.

Communicationand interpersonal skills that promote trust relatability and confidence.

Abilityto navigate sensitive employee issues with professionalism and discretion.

Exceptionalorganizational skills and attention to detail.

Experiencesupporting remote teams.

Familiaritywith HR software platforms and HRIS systems.

Adesire to be the standard bearer who other HR and Talent Managers look to forinspiration.

Preferred

Demonstratedcommitment to continuous professional development and intellectual curiosity inthe field of human resources.

Apassion for keeping informed on emerging trends regulatory developments andbest practices and actively seeking opportunities to deepen expertise throughreading professional networks conferences and continuing education.
