Test Engineer

• Apply technical expertise in the development of products and/or processes.
• Develop manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Recommend design changes to reduce costs improve quality and increase product performance.
• Solve production problems.
• Participate in plant layout activities.
• Collaborate with other functional groups customers or vendors on technical and/or administrative matters.
• Develop and coordinate manpower facility and equipment requirements for assigned projects.
• Administer technical procedures including process and work procedures.
• Implements industrial engineering system.
• Participates and may lead lean and six sigma improvement teams.

You make good decisions in a timely manner knowing the most effective and efficient processes to get things done with a focus on continuous improvement. You convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

• Bachelors degree in engineering or science
• Three to five years of applicable experience
• Only U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens lawful permanent residents or protected individuals as defined by 22 CFR 120) may be considered
  

• Electrical Engineering Degree
• ABET-accredited degree from an engineering school
• Manufacturing Experience
• Lean Experience

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $85000 - $105000annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
