We are seeking a proactive self-sufficientPart-Time WordPress Webmaster & Elementor Designerto take technical and creative ownership of DeliverIt Groups various web projects. You will be responsible for everything from server-side health and security to high-end visual design and secure patient form routing.

• Web Design & Aesthetics:Create visually appealing and user-friendly WordPress pages focusing on modern design aesthetics usability and branding alignment.
• Responsive Design Expertise:Build and maintain responsive designs for optimal performance and appearance on all devices (mobile tablet and desktop).
• Marketing Team Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to implement website updates ensuring all design concepts align with our branding guidelines and current campaigns.
• Enhancing Performance: Optimize WordPress websites for speed scalability and SEO. Use debugging tools and frameworks to ensure fast load times and a smooth user experience.
• Ensuring Security:Implement robust security measures to protect our websites from vulnerabilities and cyber threats including SSL management and site hardening.
• Elementor Mastery:Build and optimize landing pages headers and pop-ups using Elementor.
• Secure Form Management:Configure patient forms withconditional logicto route submissions to specific pharmacy staff or departments via secure SMTP.
• Site Reliability & Backups:Own the sites safety net. Perform regular manual and automated backups and manage all plugin/theme updates independently.

Required:

• 1 Year Professional Experience:Proven track record of managing and designing live WordPress sites independently.
• Elementor Expert:Mastery of Elementor widgets Theme Builder and responsive design principles.
• Technical Independence:Ability to troubleshoot the White Screen of Death or plugin conflicts via hosting panels (cPanel/SFTP) without assistance.

• SEO & Data Tools:Familiarity withScreaming FrogAhrefs andGoogle Analytics.
• Healthcare Awareness:Basic understanding of HIPAA-aware data handling.
