Real Estate New Construction Acquisitions Manager Outside Sales
Beachworks LLC is hiring aReal Estate Acquisitions Managerto drive off-market deal flow across the Puget Sound. This is ahigh-ticket outside sales rolefocused on sourcing negotiating and closing residential real estate opportunities directly with homeowners.
Youll be in the field sitting at kitchen tables walking properties and structuring deals. If youre competitive persistent and thrive on closing this role offers real upside with no ceiling on earnings.
This is not a passive sales role. Its built for someone who creates opportunity manages their own pipeline and wants to be paid based on performance.
The Opportunity
- Work directly withhomeowners (motivated sellers)to structure off-market deals
- Generate and manage bothinbound and outbound leads
- Run in-person and phone appointments across the Puget Sound
- Own your pipeline from first conversation to signed contract
- Focus onnegotiation and closing while internal teams support execution

$80000 $170000 (Base Upside Commission)

What Youll Be Doing
High-Ticket Sales & Deal Execution (Core Focus)
This is asales-first acquisitions role. Most of your time will be spent sourcing negotiating and closing deals.
- Generate and manageoff-market real estate leads
- Prospect homeowners through cold calling and outreach
- Conduct in-person and phone appointments with sellers
- Negotiate directly with homeowners to secure purchase agreements
- Consistently follow up and move deals toward closing
- Build relationships with local agents for off-market opportunities
- Track pipeline conversations and deal flow in Salesforce
Property Walk-Throughs
- Attend property appointments and capture site photos
- Document property condition and key details
- Coordinate internally to evaluate renovation or development potential
Contracts & Transactions
- Draft offers and manage purchase agreements
- Handle counteroffers and renegotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams to move deals from contract to close
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce
- Actively manage all opportunities and deals
- Contribute to weekly reporting and performance tracking

- Ability to conduct property evaluations and document key details accurately.
- Experience in drafting and managing purchase agreements including handling counteroffers and renegotiations.
- Located within 30 miles of Seattle WA.
