Warehouse and Branch Overview:
Perform all warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality
Assist customers with order pickup; complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations; provide basic customer service functions
May perform basic modifications to parts of customer products per specified requirements
Oversight of outbound shipment processes
Assist with handling incoming telephone inquiries and other administrative duties as requested
Ensure a clean and safe working environment as well as the safety and security of all employees by following all safety and company standards
Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner in order ensure little to no accidents
Maintain heavy daily telephone contact with external and internal customers regarding product information needs and availability etc.
Enter orders into the systems and expedites them according to established processes and procedures; respond to customer requests in order to ensure highest level of customer service
Follow-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information; utilize CRM solutions to initiate and process customer cases and create and maintain reports
Initiate and process customer claims and disputes; distribute customer email inquiries to the appropriate branch personnel
Perform assigned tasks utilizing standard work and policies in order to ensure highest levels of safety and quality including ensuring clean and safe working environment
Assist with inventory tracking maintenance and overall restocking efforts of the branch
Meet and greet all will call customers and ensure their orders are completed expeditiously
Review dealer web orders to determine if they require special handling due to inventory location or special shipping instructions
Operate forklift and other branch equipment as required
This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned as well as additional hours as needed
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams
Protect CPSGs reputation by keeping information confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops professional publications establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
Warehouse and Branch Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Minimum of 2 years customer care experience manufacturing or distribution environment
Excellent communication organization and problem-solving skills; strong computer skills
Preferred Qualifications: Some college or equivalent experience Proficiency in Spanish

The pay range for this position is $22.45 - $34.28/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
