• Carefully pack and inventory personal property and contents for transport and restoration.
• Use specialized cleaning techniques to restore items affected by fire water and mold damage.
• Operate ultrasonic and other specialized cleaning equipment.
• Document items conditions and restoration progress using company software.
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their belongings.
• Assist in moving and storing customer belongings in a climate-controlled warehouse.
• Work closely with the restoration and mitigation teams to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in contents restoration moving packing or cleaning is a plus.
• Ability to drive a box truck.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Comfortable working in various environments including water-damaged or smoke-affected properties.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
