Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our team in Royal Oak MI. This role involves providing personalized in-home care and support to our clients promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Follow all care plans and company policies to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in home care or related field is a plus but NOT required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Royal Oak MI.
- Ability to pass background checks..
