The position:

Were looking for a Product Manager to support the continued development and evolution of key areas of the FYI platform including newly released features such as Forms and Employee Management.

In this role youll work closely with Engineering to turn product direction into clear delivery-ready work ensuring features are well defined prioritised and delivered with consistency and quality. Youll play a critical role in strengthening how new functionality is embedded into the platform ensuring it delivers real value for clients and integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.

This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment enjoys working closely with engineering teams and has experience supporting products through periods of growth and scale.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of existing features while contributing to the development of new product functionality.
• Gather and interpret client insights to inform product decisions and improve feature adoption.
• Work closely with Engineering to translate product direction into clear requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure a consistent flow of delivery-ready work into Engineering supporting effective sprint and backlog planning.
• Collaborate across Product Delivery QA Support and Client Success to ensure alignment and quality outcomes.

About you:

• Product management expertise within a SaaS environment ideally supporting a business to scale.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams with an understanding of agile delivery and backlog management.
• Ability to translate customer needs into structured delivery-ready product work.
• Experience operating in a fast-moving high-performing environment where priorities evolve and clarity is essential.

Youll need valid working rights in Australia and the ability to complete satisfactory background and verification checks.
