Job Summary
Foreground is hiring for a globally recognized events firm seeking a high-potential and client-focused Account Executive to support day-to-day communications project follow-ups and execution for key public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia.
This role is a foundational support function within the Client Servicing department responsible for detail tracking document flow and relationship maintenance across fast-moving event projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist account managers in coordinating client communication feedback cycles and approvals.
- Maintain detailed trackers for project timelines deliverables and client meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes internal action points and status reports.
- Support pitch coordination documentation and content assembly for proposals.
- Manage internal communication between creative production and client-facing teams.
Ideal Profile
- 3 years in account coordination client servicing or project support roles in agency environments.
- High organizational awareness professional maturity and communication skills.
- Arabic and English fluency required.
- Proactive curious and comfortable in client-facing settings.
