WANTED! An experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to secure new instructions carry out valuations negotiate lets and progress tenancies while delivering exceptional customer service in the Hastings area.

A successful and progressive East Sussex property company is seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their Hastings office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident letting professional with proven listing and valuation experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business winning instructions and contributing significantly to office revenue while maintaining high standards of customer service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Carrying out market appraisals and rental valuations
• Winning new lettings instructions
• Generating new landlord leads and developing business opportunities
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
• Advising landlords on pricing legislation and market trends
• Progressing tenancies from offer agreed to move-in
• Liaising with referencing providers and preparing tenancy documentation
• Working to and exceeding personal and office targets
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Contributing to marketing strategies and local market presence

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Residential lettings experience essential
• Proven listing and valuation experience
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Ability to generate and convert new business
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• High level of customer service and communication skills
• Confident professional and well-presented
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong knowledge of the Hastings and surrounding area
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
