Ourstate-of-the-art Cardinal Kia service facilitywill feature:

• 16 mechanical service bays
• Full on-site body shop
• High-volume drive-through service reception
• Hunter Quick Check inspection technology
• Advanced diagnostic tools and service technology
• Canadas first EV Canopy with 12 charging stations
  

This facility is being designed to supporthigh production modern diagnostics and advisor success.

Compensation: $65000 $105000 annually

We are looking for professionals who:

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or strong customer service / sales professionalis welcomed.

We are also open to training the right high-energy candidate.

What you will do:

• Assist technicians service advisors and retail customers with parts requests
• Accurately source order and invoice parts in a timely manner
• Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure parts are organized and accessible
• Conduct regular inventory counts and support inventory control processes
• Ensure all parts are billed correctly to the appropriate repair orders or departments
• Communicate effectively with the Service and Sales teams to avoid delays
• Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues proactively
