The AC Hotel Cleveland Circle is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager who thrives in a dynamic hotel environment and loves being at the heart of the action.
This is not a behind-the-desk role. Our leaders are visible engaged and hands-on working alongside their teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences every single day. Why This Role Matters
As Assistant General Manager you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations while inspiring teams to consistently deliver memorable guest experiences.
You will partner closely with the General Manager to help drive operational excellence across Food & Beverage Front Office Housekeeping and Engineering ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the Renaissance brand and Colwen Hotels commitment to service.
A primary focus will be an oversight of the F&B operations including banquets and restaurant/bar.
This role is perfect for a hospitality professional ready to step into broader leadership responsibility and grow within a company that values initiative ideas and career advancement.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll play a central role in the hotels success by:
- Leading daily hotel operations across all key departments
- Driving a culture of exceptional guest service
- Coaching and developing associates to reach their full potential
- Supporting recruiting hiring and team engagement initiatives
- Assisting in achieving financial goals and operational performance
- Ensuring brand standards and service excellence are consistently delivered
- Maintaining a positive respectful and motivating work environment
- Conducting daily property walks to ensure quality cleanliness and guest satisfaction
What You Bring
Were looking for a leader who combines operational expertise with genuine hospitality.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3 years of hotel management experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- F&B Operations experience a primary focus
- A hands-on approach to hotel operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
- The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hotel operations across multiple departments

Compensation
Salary Range: $80000 - $85000
