Our patients are primarily athletic highly motivated adults (35) including elite and professional athletes who actively follow home programs and embrace lifestyle changes for outstanding outcomes. We also treat vestibular post-concussion and some neuro cases offering diverse interesting caseloads. Typical Day

• Deliver hands-on one-on-one care in 60-90 minute sessions.
• Conduct follow-up/new patient calls (paid time provided).
• Complete documentation during clinic hours.
• Collaborate with colleagues on shared patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and track progress.
• Provide high-quality manual therapy advanced exercise and modality-based care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other providers.
• Contribute to a positive team-oriented clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist license in CA.
• 1-5 years of clinical experience as a PT (or PT/ATC dual-credentialed).
• Strong desire to develop manual therapy skills and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• Track record of pursuing continuing education and going above-and-beyond for patients.
• Preferred (but not required training provided): Experience or interest in Pilates NAIOMT IASTM Mulligan Jones Strain-Counterstrain Upledger Barral Visceral Manipulation McKenzie IPA vestibular/concussion rehab or similar advanced coursework.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $50$60/hour (based on experience skills and expertise) with clear advancement opportunities as you grow. This position is hourly to start progresses to salary with full-time employment. You will have plenty of work and our patients do not cancel.
• Equivalent annual range (full-time): $96000$115000 depending on hours and performance.
• Full-time: Eligible for health insurance options (PPO HMO HSA).
• Part-time: Unlimited MedBridge CEUs employer-paid additional continuing education.
