Laser Etch Operator

We are looking for a**Laser Etch/ Engrave Operator**to join our Greenwood IN location on a3rd shift schedule. You will set up and operate Laser Engraving machine to engrave/etch metal parts.

What Youll Do:

• Create accurate and efficient Laser Engraving Programs
• Maintain and manager all electronic files used for programming Laser Engraving equipment
• Work directly with the Engineering Department by obtaining the most accurate information available to clarify ambiguities
• Set up Laser Engraving machine in accordance with print specifications and work instructions to process parts
• Use inspection gauges such as calipers micrometers squares and height gauges to perform quality checks

What Youll Need:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
• Mathematical skills to manage units of measure fractions decimals whole numbers
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
