What Youll Do

• Create review and maintain customer contracts with a high level of accuracy
• Validate contract details including rates inclusions and program requirements
• Manage high-volume data entry while maintaining clean organized records
• Analyze contract and program data to support reporting and decision-making
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients not just answering questions but resolving issues
• Handle exceptions and unique customer situations with urgency and ownership
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows accuracy and turnaround times
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
