Move Supervisor

As the Move Supervisor you lead and work alongside a crew of movers to ensure job are completed safely and efficiently. You manage daytoday activity on job sites follow move plans keep the crew on track and ensure a smooth experience for the customer. You are responsible for safety quality of work and communicating job progress to the Operations Manager.

What Youll Do

• Lead and supervise movers during relocations
• Conduct daily job site meetings
• Manage on-site logistics and crew assignments
• Ensure proper handling of furniture IT equipment and materials
• Serve as on-site client contact
• Report progress and issues to operations
• Complete paperwork (timesheets damage reports etc.)
• Enforce safety and DOT compliance
• Train crew on techniques and standards
• Assist with inventory materials and equipment

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of experience in moving logistics or warehouse operations; supervisory experience required
• Ability to read and follow move plans
• Knowledge of OSHA and DOT safety standards
• Professional reliable and customerfocused.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
• Strong leadership communication problem solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Valid drivers license preferred
