Buyer / Inventory Manager
Looking for a role where you can take ownership of purchasing strategy inventory planning and vendor relationships in a highly technical environment trak group is seeking a Buyer / Inventory Manager to support operations through strategic sourcing inventory management and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Develop purchasing strategies manage vendor relationships and support cost-effective sourcing decisions
- Monitor inventory levels conduct audits and help ensure materials are received stored and tracked accurately
- Collaborate with sales and operations to forecast demand and maintain inventory flow
- Prepare reports and support planning efforts tied to purchasing inventory and operational needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or 2-year technical or business degree
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience or 1 year of precision spindle engineering experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint along with an understanding of ERP/CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills mechanical and electrical knowledge and the ability to work independently
