Looking to build real leadership experience while working in a high-energy team-focused environment SwimKids Utah is hiring a motivated reliable team leader to help oversee our Aquatics Program.

This role is ideal for college students or young professionals who want more than just a job-youll gain hands-on experience leading a team coaching others and supporting daily operations in a growing business.

• $14.50$22/hr depending on experience and leadership background

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead coach and support a team of swim instructors
• Help train new hires and reinforce company standards
• Ensure high-quality consistent swim lessons
• Jump in to teach and lead by example when needed
• Provide excellent customer service to families
• Assist with front desk operations and scheduling
• Support the General Manager with daily operations

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Leadership experience (team lead shift lead club leadership sports captain etc.)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others
• Dependable and organized
• Comfortable in a fast-paced high-energy environment
• Passion for working with kids
• Ability to safely tread water while supervising students

SCHEDULE
1529 hours per week
MondayFriday: 8:30 AM 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM 3:00 PM

Flexible shifts available to work around class schedules.
