Job Summary
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team as a Contractor.
Requirements
- Ability to commute to patients home
- Ability to take cases in the general area of Weston Hollywood Miami Gardens Pembroke Pines and Miramar.
- AHCA Level 2 Background check.
- Valid State licensure.
- Proficiency in developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Availabilityto work weekends and short noticeas needed
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries or surgeries.
- Provide direct patient care including exercises and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising physical therapist.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes.
- Timely documenting visits.
