About the Role

American Stone is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Professional to build and maintain relationships with contractors landscapers architects and masonry professionals.
Compensation: Base Commission (top performers can earn six figures)
This role is focused on developing new business managing existing accounts and driving sales through consistent customer visits and follow-up.
This is a primarily on-site position with significant time spent in the field visiting customers. Candidates must be local and available to work during business hours including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct regular in-person visits to job sites contractors and businesses
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline through calls and follow-ups
• Present products provide recommendations and close sales
• Process orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Identify upsell opportunities and maximize customer value
• Track activity and maintain customer contact based on KPIs
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and visit targets

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Basic computer skills (email Google Docs Microsoft Word)
• Ability to work both in the field and in-office
• Dependable and able to follow through on commitments

Preferred:

• Sales experience (outside or inside sales)
• Experience in construction landscaping or related industries
• Spanish is a plus

Business hours (Monday to Saturday; schedule may vary based on business needs)
