Job Summary

Whether youre juggling kids study or both Sublime Care has casual shifts in East Maitland designed to fit around your life not the other way around.
Were looking for experienced support workers to provide consistent high-quality care to a woman in her 50s living independently at home. Shifts run a mix of 3 hours available mornings and evenings as well as inactive overnights so you choose what works for you.
From $43.23/hr First Aid Allowance
What the role involves:
- Ceiling hoist transfers
- Bowel and catheter care support
- Medication assistance
- Personal care and daily living support
Full training is provided by our RN-led team and youre paid for every hour of it.
Youll be a great fit if you:
- Have a background in personal care disability or a clinical/health field
- Are reliable respectful and comfortable supporting someone in their own home
- Can follow care plans carefully and communicate well
- Hold (or are working toward) your NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check First Aid (HLTAID011) and a current drivers licence.
