Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls on the multi-line telephone system and make calls when required by operations;
- Provide customer support for: Pricing invoicing payment general questions improving customer satisfaction service hours or any other technical information;
- Order entry and management of customer accounts (opening closing updating);
- Follow-up with customers concerning the service (uncompleted calls improvement of the service confirmation of appointments);
- Analyze customer information ask necessary questions and provide recommendations on possible improvements to equipment and / or services;
- Identify internal programs in order to perform the job as accurately and efficiently as possible;
- Represent the company with the highest degree of professionalism at all times;
- Strive to achieve and maintain all acceptable departmental metrics
- Perform various administrative tasks related to the customer service department (ex: data entry).
