Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend market research planning design execution and interpretation across Ipsen Chinas portfolio.
  • Translate market research results into clear actionable insights for strategy and forecasting.
  • Track external environment competitive pipelines and partnership opportunities relevant to Ipsen China.
  • Design develop and deliver comprehensive sales disease/therapy capabilitybuilding and induction training programs aligned with business and customercentric strategy.
  • Lead field force training needs analysis and translate insights into annual training plans curricula and development roadmaps for field force and crossfunctional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating field force training effectiveness integrating best practices adopting new learning methods including AI and digital tools and ensuring compliance with Ipsen governance and ethical standards.
  • Manage external vendors and ensure quality. Ensure compliance with Ipsen SOPs and China regulations.

Requirment:

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required
  • 7 years of pharmaceutical / biotech / healthcare industry -depth knowledge / experience in oncology or rare diseases is preferred.
  • 4 years in commercial excellence function e.g. market research SFE strategic planning and 1 years in training capability development or field excellence.
  • Strong facilitation coaching communication and project management skills.
  • Experience conducting field coaching and working with field teams.
  • Ability to analyze performance and training data to generate insights and improvement plans.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English; willingness to travel.
