Insurance Sales Agent Paid Training & Licensing Support
Elite Insurance Partners is hiring full-time Insurance Sales Agents in Tampa FL!

No insurance license No problem. We provide paid training and help cover the cost of getting licensed. Already licensed Even better. Were also hiring licensed Life and Health Insurance Agents who are ready to grow in a high-performance high-support sales environment.
This is a phone-based insurance sales role where youll connect with individuals who have already shown interest in insurance options.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No chasing friends or family. Youll receive warm in-house generated leads structured training coaching and the tools needed to succeed.

What Youll Do
- Speak with individuals who have already shown interest in insurance options
- Help clients understand coverage options
- Follow a structured sales process
- Meet daily and monthly performance goals
- Stay coachable and apply feedback from trainers and leaders
- Provide a positive and professional client experience
License Requirements
We are hiring both licensed and unlicensed candidates.
- Licensed candidates with a Floridaare encouraged to apply.
- Unlicensed candidates are also encouraged to apply. If selected EIP will provide training and support to help you prepare for the required insurance license.

- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to work full-time onsite in Tampa FL
