What Were Looking for in a Medicare Insurance Sales Agent:
- Licensed Insurance Agents:Active Florida 2-15 License (Life Health and Variable Annuities) or equivalent licenses (e.g.) that can be converted or expanded
- Aspiring Agents:If youre not licensed well provide the training and cover costs for your Florida insurance license.
- Education:High school diploma or GED required.
- Key Traits:Competitive spirit excellent communication skills resilience coachability and a positive attitude.
