We are seeking Refrigeration Techs/HVACs looking to join the DeltaFM team on an even time days only roster at Gruyere. Youll be joining a small but established team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance. Youll have a permanent room on this 800 room camp and a back to back team member.

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance attending and assessing breakdowns cleaning fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing Commercial Kitchens Dining Rooms Laundry Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required Nominee Allowance Leading Hand Dual Trade Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

• Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
• Current CPR LVR C Class Australian Drivers Licence White Card & Police Check within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
