Job Summary
Responsibilities
Support hiring onboarding and training of Experience Guides and Massage Therapists
Coach and develop team members to maximize performance and accountability
Assist with scheduling payroll inventory and daily administrative tasks
Maintain strong team culture morale and communication
Address guest concerns and employee relations professionally
Ensure compliance with company policies and massage therapy regulations
Participate in meetings and execute marketing and promotional initiatives
Lead by example on the floor supporting daily operations and guest experience
Requirements
Experience working with or managing Massage Therapists preferred
Strong sales mindset with proven ability to drive results
Experience in hiring training and team development
Organized detail-oriented and operationally strong
Comfortable managing both administrative and on-the-floor responsibilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Schedule & Compensation
Hourly pay bonus structure
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
