Role description:
AsaSeniorProjectManager you will serve as anownersrepresentative and will ensure that your projects adhere to the clients requirements and business goals bydeveloping and driving project plans managing cross-functional teams and coordinating activities within the established project timelines.You willbe responsible forunderstanding and delivering the full scope of Arcadis contracted services across all project phases: planning design/preconstruction procurement construction and additionthisposition includes managing a team of project professionals. You will provide guidance mentorship and performance oversight for direct reports fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Role accountabilities:
Responsible for day-to-day management of the planning engineering construction and handover aspects of the assigned projects and all associated deliverables.Coordinating design reviews design requirements and approvals between owner design teamand contractors.Coordinating scheduling and reporting activities related to stakeholder management facilityoperations and project communications.Additionalresponsibilities include:
- Ensuring that allappropriate technicalstandards are applied during the project implementation
- Managing work to follow state local and Federal requirements
- Ensuring all deliverables and constructed work are in conformance with the scope andquality standardsset forth inthe contract documents
- Providingtimelyaccurate progress reports cashflowand cost of completion forecasts
- Maintaining project files meetings records and correspondence and project controls information
- Coordinating withtheinternal stakeholders
- Reviewingall purchases procurement changesand payments on the project
- Monitoring contractor adherence to the prime contract
- Monitoring contractor adherence to safety standards
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Project and PMIS systems
- Bachelors degree in construction management Engineering or a related field.
Key Skills and attributes:
- Experience managinglarge construction projects
- Possess industry certifications e.g. PMPor CCM
- Have strong leadership organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have critical thinking skills focused on outcomes and solutions
- Be capable of managing multiple complexunique assignments simultaneously
- Experience with client-facing positions with strong client/stakeholder managementcapabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and concise
- Be self-motivated individually accountableteam-oriented and flexible; have the initiative and ability to tackle new projects and challenges daily
- Be health safety and quality focused

We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $105000 - $161000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
