About The Role Obsidian is looking for a strategic and creative Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale programs that deepen customer engagement celebrate customer success and turn our users into passionate this role youll own customer storytelling - from case studies to milestone highlights - and scale Obsidians Customer Advocacy program.

In this role you will

  • Customer programs: Develop and manage customer advocacy and engagement programs including reference networks lifecycle touchpoints and customer marketing initiatives.
  • Customer content creation: Alongside PMM produce high-quality customer stories case studies testimonials and milestone announcements that highlight Obsidians value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: with CS Sales Product Marketing and Leadership to identify strong customer stories and expand our use cases.
  • Advocacy & references: Build and maintain a roster of customer champions who can support reference calls speak at events/webinars provide quotes and participate in co-marketing.
  • Insights & reporting: Track engagement and measure the impact of customer marketing initiatives on retention advocacy and pipeline influence.
  • Build and manage the companys social media strategy and day-today content publishing and curation to raise brand awareness and strengthen Obsidians positioning as a leader in SaaS and AI security.
  • Build and manage the companys social media content calendar and work with cross functional teams to amplify key product milestones customer success industry recognition.
  • Responsible for driving engagement with security professionals on LinkedIn.

Your background looks something like this

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing product marketing or customer success.
  • Good understanding of the cyber security space specifically SaaS and AI security is a plus.
  • 2-3 years in B2B social media engagement with strong understanding of mainly LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Ability to create short-form videos and digital assets to support marketing needs.
  • Exceptional storytelling interviewing and content development skills with a strong understanding of how to effectively engage on LinkedIn.
  • Strong relationship builder with the ability to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about amplifying customer impact and building programs from the ground up.

Pay Transparancy

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as well as the knowledge skills and experience of the addition to a competitive base salary this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for sales commission or incentive compensation based on the role or function within the company.
