Relient Health is seeking licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for full-time in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments acrossMaryland. These are full-time direct-hire permanent placement positions (not travel not contract not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) retirement communities hospitals outpatient clinics pediatric settings and home health depending on the specific location.

Compensation & Benefits

Clinical Responsibilities
Implement treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting
Assist patients with ADLs functional skills safety and independence
Document patient care in EMR systems per state federal and facility standards
Collaborate with OTs rehab staff nursing teams and interdisciplinary care providers
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
ActiveMarylandCOTA license or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listedMarylandmarkets
Authorized to work in the United States
