Lead the transformation of global Earnings Operations for the Spark Driver Program. As Director youll architect and scale end-to-end processes for contractor earnings ensuring accuracy compliance and operational excellence. Our team is responsible for the seamless calculation disbursement and reporting of independent contractor earnings worldwide. We operate with a focus on compliance data integrity and continuous improvement directly impacting both company performance and the experience of our global contractor network. This role is pivotal in setting best practices and driving operational rigor across the organization.
What youll do...
- Oversee all aspects of global contractor earnings operations designing and implementing strategies systems and standards that ensure payments areaccuratetimely and fully compliant with regulatory requirements across multiple markets.
- Drive process standardization and operational excellence by developing comprehensive SOPsestablishingperformance metrics andleveragingautomation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce errors at scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with technology finance and compliance teams to ensure that earnings processes are fully aligned with organizational strategymaintaininga proactive approach to industry and regulatory changes.
- Implement robust data governance by defining master data strategies setting metadata standards and collaborating to ensure contractor earnings data isaccurate transparent and secure.
- Provide inspirational leadership and direction for a high-performing team focusing on coaching development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence for both internal and external stakeholders.
- At least 12 years of progressive experience in contractor earnings operationsorfinancial disbursements with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large-scale complex operations.
- Deepexpertisein contractorcomplianceincluding U.S. and global reportingand a strongtrack recordof implementing oroptimizingtechnology solutions that support operational scalability and regulatory adherence.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data governance compliance and technology with the ability to solve complex problems and implement sustainable enterprise-wide improvements.
- Strong operational excellence mindset with hands-on experience using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to standardize workflows drive measurable improvements and minimize organizational risk.
- Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels build effective partnerships and drive a culture rooted in integrity ethics and continuous improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110000.00 - $220000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
