Job Description:
This position requires being the subject matter expert on a variety of business-related topics with an ability to drive strategic improvements by working closely with business partners from across several lines of business.
Candidate must be flexible and have experience working in a fast paced and high-pressure environment as the role requires involvement in multiple projects at once. A successful candidate will have a data-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and a variety of analytical and technical ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong combination of strategic thinking tactical planning and organizational skills along with the ability to complete analysis and prioritize multiple initiatives without direct management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business needs and create innovative analytical solutions that drive strategic decision-making.
- Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
- Create clear and concise reports to communicate findings and actionable insights
- Analyzes current state processes procedures and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions
- Coordinates with the business to track deliverables and their statuses and measuring progress against ongoing success measures
- Evaluate current processes and develop strategies to implement change and improve performance
- Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive initiative documentation
Required Qualifications:
- 1yr of contact center experience
- 1 year experience with NICE IEX WFM platform
- 1yr experience in Reporting/Analytics
- Exceptional organizational and initiative management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment with highest level of accuracy
- Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel) proficiency
- Strong sense of ownership with an ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to effectively lead meetings set agendas and monitor/track deliverables
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong Client Services background
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience working with and using raw data to tell a story
- Business Intelligence Tool Experience (Cognos Tableau MicroStrategy etc.)
- Experience as Data Analyst or Process/ Project Management or similar role in financial services
- Talent for combining business acumen with analytical skills interpret large amounts of data synthesize multiple analysis into a coherent message and translate into actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortably communicate (oral and written) with team members to influence outcomes.
