Salary: 36636 to 38784 with progression to 46049 per annum

An exciting opportunity within the dynamic and ever-evolving IT Service awaits the right candidate. This is a busy high-volume but friendly environment that will suit an organised person with a great eye for detail and plenty of team will be joining a growing team dedicated to providingquality business analysis services supporting a wide variety of transformational technology initiatives.

Supported by Business Analysis Practice Lead you will contribute to the development of a service-led business analysis framework based on industry standard best practices validating documenting and disseminating business analysis-related knowledge.

We are keen to hear from candidates who are adept at delivering high quality business analysis activities within the scope of technology initiatives through effective facilitation negotiation and influencing skills. To be successful in this role you will be able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from all parts of the University and will regualarly facilitate workshops using effective and adaptable communication styles both in person and online. You should have demonstrable experiencein eliciting analysing and managing business requirements in both Waterfall and Agile technology initiatives along with confidence in your approach toapply process analysis design and improvement standards and methods to solve business problems.
