Join a high-growth YC S24 startup as one of two Product Managers reporting directly to the CEO. You will own key product domains end-to-end leveraging AI to automate complex compliance and research workflows for 450 wealth management firms. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of LLMs and regulated financial services.

What you will do:

• Lead independent discovery with financial advisers and paraplanners to synthesize deep user insights into actionable product roadmaps.

• Scope and ship AI-native features in small rapid increments managing the full lifecycle from initial hypothesis to GTM readiness and adoption.

• Define and track rigorous success metrics that prioritize long-term user outcomes and trust over vanity outputs or simple feature requests.

The ideal candidate:

• 37 years of B2B SaaS product management experience with a proven track record of shipping products that measurably shift user behavior.

• Technically fluent and curious about AI systems including experience with LLMs evaluation frameworks and designing for explainability in regulated environments.

• Exceptional writer and strategic thinker who can defend prioritization calls under pressure and navigate complex high-stakes trade-offs with intellectual honesty.
