We are hiring for our client a leading specialist in premium commercial interiors to appoint an experienced Working Foreman. This Foreman role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality fit-out projects across Ireland and the UK delivering innovative and bespoke spaces. The successful Foreman will play a key role on-site ensuring projects are delivered safely on time and to exceptional standards.

The Role:

Assist in managing all on-site fit-out activities to meet project timelines
Work hands-on with site teams delivering high-quality finishes
Coordinate subcontractors suppliers and site teams effectively
Oversee installation of interior finishes fixtures and fittings
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme delivery

The Person:

5 years experience as a Working Foreman
Background in fit-out and/or joinery essential
Proven experience delivering fast-paced high-quality projects
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and communication ability
Full clean driving licence and eligible to work in Ireland
