Location: North Dublin (Beside Dublin Airport)

What Youll Be Doing
As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage the end-to-end movement of goods ensuring maximum value and minimal cost. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Operational Execution: Planning and organizing stock management order processing and fulfillment.
Freight Management: Scheduling shipments and expediting freight consignments to ensure timely delivery.
System Management: Updating transactions on the WMS accruing costs and pricing jobs accurately.
Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments and subcontractors to resolve shortages and optimize sales opportunities.
Relationship Building: Maintaining strong business relationships with key customer personnel and service providers.
Compliance & Quality: Ensuring all activities comply with ISO requirements Health & Safety policies and quality standards.
The Ideal Candidate

Industry Expertise: Proven experience in warehousing inventory management and freight forwarding.
Problem Solving: Quick critical-thinking skills and the ability to solve complex supply chain obstacles.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and cooperation within a team.
Organization: The ability to multi-task under minimal supervision in a high-pressure environment.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics regulations and ISO standards.
