What Youll Be Doing

As a Logistics Coordinator you will manage the end-to-end movement of goods ensuring maximum value and minimal cost. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Operational Execution: Planning and organizing stock management order processing and fulfillment.

• Freight Management: Scheduling shipments and expediting freight consignments to ensure timely delivery.

• System Management: Updating transactions on the WMS accruing costs and pricing jobs accurately.

• Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments and subcontractors to resolve shortages and optimize sales opportunities.

• Relationship Building: Maintaining strong business relationships with key customer personnel and service providers.

• Compliance & Quality: Ensuring all activities comply with ISO requirements Health & Safety policies and quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Industry Expertise: Proven experience in warehousing inventory management and freight forwarding.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with logistics regulations and ISO standards.
