What Youll Do

• Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations sustainability practices and industry standards
• Execute safe maintenance practices and procedures hazardous material management employee right to know and SilverCrest policies and procedures as it relates to environmental tasks
• Ensure the practice of building codes fire marshal regulations OSHA Health Dept inspections that may pertain to home care federal state and local codes life safety and pollution control regulations
• Possess the skills needed for various maintenance roles such as painting plumbing minor repairs heating and air conditioning electrical housekeeping techniques etc.
• Effectively lead and collaborate with a team to foster a culture of excellence ensuring that all aspects of environmental services from housekeeping to waste management are executed efficiently and with utmost care
• Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where the residents can thrive and feel safe in their home

What you will need:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• 2-3 years of leadership experience in building operations
• Must have a Boilers License of the class required for that campus and pool license where necessary
• Have the physical mental and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
