ICF is seeking an experienced UX Designer with ServiceNow platform experience to support clientaligned digital service design work across our Experience practice. This role is ideal for a juniortomid level designer who has handson experience designing and building user experiences within ServiceNow and enjoys working closely with delivery teams to create usable scalable solutions in a consulting environment.

This is a parttime oncall role supporting specific projects as needs arise.

Job Location

This position requires that the job be performed in the United States. If you accept this position you should note that ICF monitors employee work locations and blocks access from foreign locations/foreign IP addresses and prohibits personal VPN connections.

• This is a parttime oncall role with variable hours based on project needs (from 0-30 hours per week).
• You may be asked to travel occasionally (e.g. quarterly) to an ICF office or client meeting.
• Core collaboration hours are 10:00am4:00pm Eastern Time with flexibility outside those hours depending on time zone and project needs.

What You Will Do

• Design and support usercentered experiences within the ServiceNow platform including workflows forms portals and interfaces.
• Collaborate with product owners developers UX researchers and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow designs.
• Apply UX best practices while working within ServiceNow platform constraints and patterns.
• Create and iterate on design artifacts such as wireframes flows and interaction designs aligned to ServiceNow capabilities.
• Partner with technical team members to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Participate in client and internal design reviews incorporating feedback iteratively.
• Support multiple shortterm efforts in a fastpaced consulting environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of UX design experience including handson experience designing and building solutions in ServiceNow.
• 3 or more years of demonstrated experience working within enterprise platforms or design systems.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal public trust clearance
• Candidate must reside in the US be authorized to work in the US and work must be performed in the US
• US Citizenship Required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field or equivalent years of experience
• Experience working in consulting government healthcare or other regulated environments.
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to balance design quality with platform constraints and delivery timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and competencies that align to the specified role geographic location education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
