Your Role: The IT Services Associate role ensures the efficient deployment replacement and maintenance of end-user devices and related peripherals. This role is responsible for managing the annual desktop refresh cycle of approximately 150 machines and preparing equipment for new hires. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive customer-focused and skilled in troubleshooting technical issues while maintaining clear and professional communication with end users.
What you will do:
Oversee the annual desktop replacement project ensuring timely and accurate deployment of 150 machines annually.
Handle urgent replacements for hardware failures minimizing downtime for users.
Prepare and deploy IT equipment for new hires ensuring readiness for day-one productivity.
Perform cable management to maintain organized and efficient workspaces.
Deploy troubleshoot and repair peripherals including keyboards mice and scanners.
Maintain accurate records of hardware deployments and replacements.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT Services team and overall IT operations.
This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to address IT emergencies or system maintenance.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.

Familiarity with hardware deployment cable management and peripheral troubleshooting.
Preferred Certifications:
CompTIA A or equivalent certification.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Work onsite.
Standing walking crouching and regular lifting up to 15 pounds
Frequent use of hands and reaching with hands and arms
Regularly talking hearing seeing and sitting
Moderate to loud noise level
Salary Range:The salary range for this role is $50000-$60000 and represents the firms good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors including but not limited to the candidates relevant experience qualifications and location
