Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Manager oversees and coordinates all functions of the Rehabilitation Department including Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy Speech Therapy and Athletic Training services. This role is responsible for setting and executing strategic goals leading staff performance and supporting recruitment onboarding and retention. The manager directs daily operations budgeting regulatory compliance and collaboration across departments while tracking productivity outcomes and overall efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining policies and procedures fostering staff development assessing new technologies and treatment methods and representing the department through leadership involvement reporting and community engagement.
Schedule
- Full time 80 hours every two weeks
- Monday Friday Day shift
Salary and Benefits
- Starting salary begins at $87193.60 annually; exact compensation determined by years of related experience
- Salary range:$87193.60 - $130873.60

Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of Therapy or related health care program; Masters Degree Health Care Administration or Leadership preferred
- 3 years professional experience
- Current MN License in physical occupational or speech therapy preferred
