Job Summary
Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee Pacifica Companies. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International Inc.
The Stewarding Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department. Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas as well as night cleaning of property.
The ideal candidate should possess 3 years of supervisory experience in Stewarding have good organizational skills and knowledge of inventory addition the candidate should be able to supervise develop train and coach a staff. This position requires AM/PM work along with weekends and holidays; the candidate must be open to a flexible schedule. Fluency of Spanish a plus. SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required ServSafe Certification required within 60 days of hire.
