Responsibilities / Tasks
- Schedules production to meet customer orders and Plant requirements using ZBPRO and other systems including Canada
- Continued departmental communications with Customer service Production Quality Purchasing and Shipping to ensure accurate and appropriate production is scheduled.
- Process Bulk customer load scheduling carrier setup Customer Service Representative communications final system processing
- Monitors inventory levels on high-moving products to ensure adequate inventory
- Assist CSR dept. with late/expedite order requests regarding stock availability
- Creates daily and other reports including but not limited to the Production Priority List US10 Outbound Schedule list On Time Demand report.
- Manages ticket digital and Hard copy files
- Closes batches upon completion.
- Enters batch adjustments and rework into SAP
- Investigates batch variances
- Manages the Product List and Matrix spreadsheets for new/changing/obsolete products
- Backs up Label Clerk for emergency / 2nd shift label printing needs and Productivity Daily report
- Assists with physical inventories as needed.
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Strive towards continuous improvement processes
- Any other functions / duties as required by and or directed by management
Your Profile / Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Excel Outlook and related software ERP system.
- Excellent verbal written interpersonal and customer service communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize tasks while keeping attention to detail.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $55000 - $70000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States. The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
