About This Role

The person in this role will be part of the development team that supports initiatives forall carrier entitiesCommercial Excellence Commercial Operations and Digital Commerce business units inclusive of customer service sales marketing B2BcommerceEDIlogisticsand role reports to theHead of Integration at Carrier.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands on design development deploymentdocumentationand maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/oron-premiseusing BoomiAtomSphereplatform (Cloud Integration Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs) aligned with best practices and following pre-established standards

• Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define anddetermineintegration requirements in the areas including but not limited to Customer Support Logistics Digital Commerce Marketing

• Work closely with other teams such as but not limited to Applications Development teams DBAs Automation Engineers Analytics and downstream/upstream solutions delivery teams in providing technicalassistanceand advice and/or in resolving business issues

• Managing Monitoring SustainingTroubleshootingand supporting existingIntegrations BoomiAtomSphereplatformandperipheral systems

• Build Service Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 10 years of experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services

• 5 years of experience working with the Boomi Platform or with other integration orTibco

• 5 years of experience working withbackend frameworks TypeScript or python
• 5 years of experience working on building integrations using AWS services such as AWS Glue AWS S3 or Spark

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of EDI Documents and X12 EDI Standards

• Understanding of the different integration patterns

• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and APIs.

• Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills

• Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON and flat file documents usingJavascriptand/or Java

• Working knowledge of API design and development on the Cloud as well ason-premiseenvironments

• Working knowledge of API security certification authentication authorization IP security setup and end point configuration

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills within distributed project teams

• Bachelors degree in computer scienceor related technical field

• Experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in large scale enterprise matrix organization

• Highly analytical mindset with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of customer-facing applications such as eCommercecustom portals (apifirst) CPQ Salesforce.

• Knowledge of Test Automation and CICD platforms

• Experience with configuration deployment and testing of enterprise software applications
