Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Relocation Agent in or around Jackson TN. with significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act. Should also be able to conduct/complete property management functions title reports closing assistance and perform negotiations.

Role accountabilities:

• The Relocation Agent will have significant relocation assistance (Residential/Business) experience following the Uniform Act.
• Conduct/complete property management functions title reports closing assistance and perform negotiations.
• Recognize when to escalate title issues.
• Ability to work independently communicate and document effectively and handle large volumes of work.
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Attention to detail and quality of work

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years of relevant work experience with 5-years of residential relocation experience following the Uniform Act
• Ability to become pre-qualified with TDOT within 1 month

Key Attributes:

• Commercial relocation experience following the Uniform Act preferred
• Knowledge of title examination acquisition closing and property management preferred

Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
