THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The person in this role will be an integral part of the IT-GTM (Go To Market) Application Services group and report to Sr. Manager GTM Systems & Solutions

WHAT YOULL DO

• You will assist in delivering the IT & Business roadmap drive solution definition overseeing its execution to SMART goals working closely with Sales Renewals and Subscription business stakeholders.
• Analyze and document the functional design and solutions to support Pure Storages Sales Renewal and Subscription operations.
• Own Configurations for Subscription Billing and Revenue Management System
• Build rapport credibility and cohesion across business operational and technology teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the revenue recognition function.
• Develop and implement best practices for revenue recognition to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure processes remain aligned with regulatory changes.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Strong functional consultant with proven experience in Subscriptions Billing and Revenue Management
• Proven experience showing strong knowledge and understanding of business needs evidenced by the ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the Business Systems Analyst position working in IT organization
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) Zuora Billing
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara CA office in compliance with Everpures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
