OUR INVESTMENT IN YOU
PayRange:$20.80 - $23.53 per hour PLUS shift differentials:
- Evening shift differential $1.75/hour
- Overnight shift differential $2.75/hour
- Weekend shift differential $1.75/hour
Schedule: Full-Time Night Shift (10:00 PM 6:30 AM)

WHAT YOULLDO
- Provide compassionate personâcentered carethat supports resident dignity comfort and independence includingassistancewith ADLs such as bathing dressing grooming toileting oral care and feeding support.
- Support resident comfort mobility and safetythroughtimelyresponse to call lights repositioning ambulationassistance safe transfers and use of approved assistive devices and equipment (Hoyer lift sitâtoâstand SaraStedy gait belt).
- Observe and communicate resident needsby recognizing early signs of health or behavioral changes and promptly sharing updates with nursing staff.
- Provide dementiaâsupportive careusingappropriate communication redirection reassurance and calm engagement while supporting familiar routines and meaningful daily activities.
- Document and communicate care accuratelyby completingtimelyentries inPointClickCare(PCC)participatingin shift report and following infectionâprevention safety and mandatory reporting requirementsin accordance withColorado law and organizational policy.
WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED
- Active Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to safelyassistwith transfers mobility and use of assistive devices.
- A compassionate respectful approach to care and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors.
- Strong observation communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative care environment.
- Understanding of resident safety infection prevention and basic documentation practices.
- Availability toworka schedule that may include weekends and holidays.
- Experience in longâterm care or supporting older adults including those with dementia is helpful but not required.
