About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Shuttle and Lot Management Supervisor to lead and scale our wholesale shuttle operations across multiple locations. This role is critical to ensuring vehicles move efficiently between IRCs production queues and wholesale capture points. You will own day-to-day execution build structure where needed and act as the on-floor decision maker to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role means building a reliable scalable shuttle operation where vehicles are moved safely efficiently and on timesupported by strong processes clear accountability and a high-performing team.

What Youll be Doing

• Lead coach and manage a team of 20 shuttlers across multiple locations
• Own daily shuttle operations ensuring vehicles are moved on time and aligned with wholesale priorities
• Act as the on-floor decision maker resolving operational issues in real time to maintain flow
• Monitor productivity attendance and coverage adjusting staffing and priorities as needed
• Build and improve processes scheduling and workflows to scale operations
• Identify bottlenecks in vehicle movement and implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Reallocate labor and resources across locations to maintain throughput and meet targets
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate vehicle flow and operational priorities
• Step in hands-on when needed to support the team and maintain performance

What Youll Need

• Experience in operations logistics fleet or similar environments
• Familiarity with dispatching routing or workforce scheduling tools
• Previous experience leading frontline teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make real-time decisions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outdoor hands-on environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and ability to operate vehicles safely

• Experience managing multi-site teams

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $65000 - $75000 annually.
