Job Description
Accounting Clerk
What youll do
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities including processing invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reporting tasks
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and databases
- Manage expense reports and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare documentation for audits and compliance requests
- Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing issues
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Monitor budget variances and report findings
- Contribute to improving accounting processes and team projects
What you need
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software required
- Effective communication and problemsolving skills required
- 23 years of directly related accounting experience required
- Experience in accounting or finance support preferred
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems preferred
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree in accounting or finance advantage

$50600.00-$67500.000Pay Transparency
