Location: Fort Atkinson WI
Type:Full-Time

Compensation: $29-21/hour (based on experience and certifications) with opportunity to add monthly revenue sharing bonus after initial training is completed.

As a Gym Manager youll help create an environment where members feel comfortable supported and motivated to keep showing up. Whether youre keeping the club spotless conducting fitness consultations and body scans or helping someone with their exercise routine your work directly impacts how people experience our gym and change their lives.

This is a management role with opportunities to grow. If you have experience in fitness management sales or customer service we want to hear from you. We provide training support and a clear path for advancement for team members who show up work hard and take pride in what they do. What Youll Do

• Be a visible active leader on the gym floor engaging members spotting opportunities to support their goals and setting the tone through your own habits

• Build strong relationships with members and staff by speaking the language of fitness training and consistency

• Support personal training growth and hit sales KPIs by creating a welcoming motivating environment service-driven not sales-y

• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional member experiences

• Oversee daily operations cleanliness safety and facility standards

• Manage reporting and budget awareness

• Stay current on fitness trends training principles and industry best practices
