Community Access Services is currently seeking a Job Coach in The Dalles OR to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based employment settings.
As a Job Coach you will work one-on-one with individuals at their job sites providing hands-on training support and encouragement to help them build skills maintain employment and grow their independence. You will collaborate with employers support teams and program staff to ensure each individual is set up for long-term success. No experience required paid training provided!

What Youll Do as a Job Coach:
- Provide individualized support to individuals at their workplaces
- Assist with learning and performing job tasks and daily work routines
- Encourage independence confidence and professionalism on the job
- Support communication and positive interactions with coworkers and supervisors
- Help individuals build workplace skills such as organization time management and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate documentation related to support and progress
- Promote safe inclusive and respectful work environments
- Serve as a positive role model and advocate for individual needs and preferences
What Were Looking for in a Job Coach:
- Experience in direct support caregiving coaching or human services is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license and ability to become an approved company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist as needed
- Competitive Pay: $21.50$22.50/hour (based on experience)
